Designed to bridge the gap between professional precision and effortless home brewing, the Neo features a completely redesigned internal geometry that creates a sweeter, more balanced cup with less effort. Unlike the classic V60 which relies heavily on your pouring technique to control flow, the Neo is engineered for controlled bypass. This means it allows a specific amount of water to flow along the walls (bypassing the bed) to reduce bitterness and ensure a consistent extraction time, even if your pour isn’t perfect. Key Features Optimized Rib Geometry The interior features 72 ultra-fine vertical ribs that converge into just 9 distinct channels at the base. This patented structure increases the contact area between the filter and the wall, optimizing the flow rate to deliver a cup that combines the clarity of a cone dripper with the body and sweetness typically found in flat-bottom brewers.
