Technical Features & Design 80mm Mizen Blind Burrs The P80 is equipped with Mizen 80OM flat burrs. These are “blind” burrs, meaning they utilize a screw-less mounting system. This design increases the effective grinding surface area and eliminates the recesses where coffee grounds typically accumulate. The system includes an Integrated Pre-Crushing System (PCS) that breaks down beans before they enter the final grind stage, improving consistency and reducing the load on the motor.
