A. Refund & Return Policy

1. Checking Warranty / Inspection Period

📅 Inspection Period: 48 Hours (2 Days)

Customers must inspect the product within 48 hours from the delivery date.

To qualify for a claim:

• You must report the issue within 48 hours.

• Clear video proof while opening the parcel is required.

• Product must be in original condition with complete box and accessories.

⚠️ Without unboxing video proof, claims may not be entertained.

2. Eligible Reasons for Return/Refund

You may request a return/refund only if:

✅ Wrong item delivered
✅ Product is dead on arrival (DOA)
✅ Major defect before use
✅ Missing accessories (with proof)

3. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Conditions

The following issues are NOT covered under refund or return:

❌ LCD / Display damage
❌ Touchscreen not working
❌ Camera issue
❌ Physical damage after delivery
❌ Water/liquid damage
❌ Software issues after use
❌ Damage caused by misuse, drop, or improper handling

📱 Used mobile phones are not applicable for refund/return under the above damages.

Warranty for such cases (if applicable) must be claimed directly from the brand’s authorized service center.

4. Warranty Policy

• Warranty (if mentioned) is provided as per brand/manufacturer terms.

• doorklanten does not provide personal warranty beyond what is mentioned in the product listing.

• Accessories usually do not include warranty unless specified.

5. Return Process

To request a return:

1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Share order number + issue details.

3. Provide clear photo/video evidence.

6. Refund Process

• Refund will be processed after inspection of returned product.

• Approved refunds are issued within 7–10 working days.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake is from our side.

7. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be canceled before dispatch.

• Once shipped, cancellation is not guaranteed.

• Refused deliveries may result in shipping deductions.
